Delicious! Tonight was the first time I’ve ordered daal tarka from Sana’s and it was fantastic. It’s not in my go-to rotation. It was filling but not too heavy or oily, good spice, but not soo hot that it overpowered the lentils. It went well with a side of the Indian spicy salad and a roti.
